I’m originally from the UK but I live in Central Portugal, in the gorgeous Coimbra region.  My Husband and I emigrated here in 2021.

I have a very varied background, from youth worker, to secondary SEN teacher, then onto project and events development manager for large charities, organisations and music festivals.  I have also been a chef and have run my own event catering business. 

The back end of 2019 I started up my own VA business, little did I know, with the COVID pandemic literally hiding just around the corner, was the best move I ever did….. 

I was originally planning a new catering business, however I was craving a business that would give me the freedom to work anywhere and Bite Size Admin was born.  As the support to getting business online was what most businesses needed at that time, I went from no clients to full time in just 12 months.

After gaining a huge wealth of experience and skills in online business systems and tech, and completing CPD training with the wonderful Gemma Went my business took a new direction.
